About
The Story
David Wilder built his career the long way. Starting in sales, he spent over twenty years working through leadership roles across multiple industries before eventually building a company of his own. That path shaped how he thinks about business, and about people.
David believes character is a permanent record, while titles are temporary. He’s spoken publicly about how growth often means outgrowing the rooms that once felt comfortable, and how real leadership is proven in decisions no one is watching.
Outside of his professional work, David mentors young professionals stepping into their careers, sharing the lessons, mistakes, and turning points that shaped his own path. He’s based in the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho area, where he values being an active, present member of his community.
